What should ';vegas virgins'; not miss on their first trip?

My husband and I are taking another couple to vegas in April. they have never been there before. I have some things lined up to do like a nite tour, seeing TPIR, seeing Freemont Street and being in the Masquerade Show in the Sky and eating at Hugo%26#39;s Cellar.

I don%26#39;t want to plan too much but is there anything that you think they should definetly see on this trip??

Defaintely just spend a few hours visiting all the strip hotels. Nearly each one is so worth seeing. Wynn, Bellagio, Mirage, Mandalay, Cesaers, MGM, Paris, NYNY - each one is so impressive if you%26#39;ve never seen it. There just are no hotels that compare to these.

Bellagio fountains at night are worth seeing and since it%26#39;s mid strip you will get lots of interesting people watching at the same time.

Your plane flights.

Trying to do TO MUCH can ruin your trip quicker than anything. Unless this is the very last time you will ever get there set a plan and stick to it.

If you know you are going back then save Freemont Street for another trip. Of course if you are staying downtown then do it the other way save the main strip for another time other than one or two biggies close together like Caesars and Paris or Mandalay and Luxor.

Nice one Stratton.

I would really recommend making time to see Big Elvis in Barbary Coast. Hes there between 4pm-7pm, Monday through Friday and was definitely a highlight of our trip.

Thought Fremont street light show was overrated.

Bellagio fountains at night time are also a must do

I have yet to see Big Elvis, so I will definetly put that on my list! Thanks!

Walking thru the Venetian is a must do.

And dont forget the Paris breakfast buffett.

Bellagio Fountains. and realize, they have a lot of music and the fountain show changes with each song.

You really feel you are in Vegas leaning on the railing.

Lmaooooo Stratton!

I was going to say the same thing as the first poster.
