Myself and six of my buddies will all barely be 21 by the time we are planning to go to Vegas in late July. I wanted to know if anyone could suggest a nice hotel with decent rates. Doesn%26#39;t have to be fancy, but nice with young people. Also, any suggestions such as airfare, restaurants, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.......
Just 21 in Vegas
Hooters is just off the strip, but might fit your bill.
Best advice is research, make your decisions, book them and don%26#39;t look back.
People go nuts here trying to second guess their hotels and every other minor decision.
Just do it and have fun!!

please define decent rates $50/night, $100/night?
what type of food do you want and how much do you want to spend per person per meal? Breakfast $10. $20? Lunch? Dinner?
are you looking to have a good tiem @ the hotel your staying in?
i would say Mandalay bay or HardRock
im 21 and went there in august of 2006
- the pool @ mandalay is 1 of the best
- the vibe i nthe casino @ hard rock is amazing - very loud - lots of good looking people walking around - younger crowd - 21- 30 id say
i actually stayed @ luxor - and just went to nightclubs @ night and walked the strip - there werent many people my age @ the pool but occasioanlly while gambling you would meet them
How about the Rio or Treasure Island I heard those were nice places to stay? By decent im talking anywhere from 100 - 200 per night since we can probably share rooms and just split the cost. I don%26#39;t plan to spend much time in the hotel anyhow. Any place that has a good poker room. Big texas holdem fan. Thanks for the help.
TI would be a good choice for guys of your age. Rio slightly less so. Providing your trip%26#39;s not over a weekend, $200 per night will get you a room practically anywhere in July when rates are pretty low.
If you want to do some serious partying then think about Palms or Hard Rock. They%26#39;re both off-Strip but are guaranteed to be party central.
How necessary is it to be on the strip? We want to do our fair share of partying, but also want to spend some time gambling away. Considering this, we dont want to spend too much money on taxi rides everyday. Also, if I can get any suggestions on how many days to stay for to get a full party and gambling experience that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
Sorry I didn%26#39;t realise that it was your first trip to Vegas when I wrote my last post. You should definitely stay on the Strip. As I said earlier, TI would be a great choice for a bunch of guys your age.
Definitely stay on the Strip and visit the likes of Palms and Hard Rock in the evenings.
I meant to add that four nights would probably be fine for an ideal trip.
I agree that four nights is a good length of stay. You might want to look at Luxor, it%26#39;s a decent hotel with rates that are sometimes a little lower than some other properties.
If you%26#39;re plannign to go to any dance clubs, I would recommend getting yourself on the guest list in advance. A group of 7 guys is not going to be very successful at getting into any of the hot clubs on a weekend otherwise, unless you%26#39;re willing to pay through the nose.
