Luxor or Bill's Saloon...

Hmm was just checking the rates for the first week of april. I booked the luxor (pyramid room) for 65 dollar/night, now Bill%26#39;s Saloon is showing for 50 dollar/night.

Has Bill%26#39;s Saloon enough parking for hotel guests (rental car)?

What would you choose?

Luxor or Bill's Saloon...

You will get a parking spot as a guest and you are right in the middle of everything at Bills. Also someone posted that as a guest you can use the Flamingo Pool, which is one of the best in Vegas. I say go with Bill%26#39;s.

I hate when that happens....Sorry.

Personally, I%26#39;d probably go with Luxor because I%26#39;ve never stayed there before and I would love to see what their rooms are like and I hear they have a nice pool. Also, I%26#39;m trying to avoid all the hotels that I love which Harrah%26#39;s now owns, because they were bought by Harrah%26#39;s.

But if you%26#39;ve never been to Vegas before or you don%26#39;t go much, then the center strip location with the low price of Bill%26#39;s is a better deal, but only because they will let you use the Flamingo pool, as another person posted. If they don%26#39;t let you use the pool, don%26#39;t bother. Call ahead and check.

Bills does seem to get, for the most part great reviews - though if noise is a problem for you maybe you stay with the Luxor.

I%26#39;ll be biast though and say stay at Bills just so you can let me know how it is before I go. ha ha.

Personally I%26#39;d stay at Bill%26#39;s. I%26#39;ve already stayed at Luxor, and wouldn%26#39;t mind staying center strip in a good rated hotel, that is inexpensive.

Cancelled Luxor and took Bill%26#39;s... 65 dollar can be spend otherwise :) And I love the central location!

This may be a stupid question, but why did Harrah%26#39;s choose to emphasize the saloon and gambling hall part of the property with the new name? It makes it sound like there%26#39;s no hotel above it at all anymore.

I%26#39;ve stayed at Bill%26#39;s and have always been very happy with my visit. The rooms are clean and safe and they have had the friendliest and most helpful staff around. You will be centrally located and can walk to most places. And you get Big Elvis thrown in for free!

Well I%26#39;ve been to Vegas before stayed in Bellagio, Wynn, Boardwalk and the Westward Ho (all in 2005). So I know the strip quite well. Luxor is probably also nice but almost 70 dollars less for a more central and newer room... I don%26#39;t mind noise it%26#39;s vegas after all :)
