suites at MGM

I%26#39;m going to assume you have to book the suites at MGM through the hotel? They never show up on expedia, travelocity, Kayak, etc....

Anybody know of if this is correct....

I%26#39;ve only noticed some MGM suites on Vegas.com

I prefer to book with the hotel direct anyway, so that I can call if the rate lowers. Over Christmas I booked a Hollywood Suite for us and a Celebrity Spa for friends. Our rate didn%26#39;t move at all, but the Spa suite was reduced by almost half! So I%26#39;d recommend booking direct anyway!

To be honest I%26#39;ve never tried anything but the hotel. I book direct to insure there%26#39;s no mix up, and so far that%26#39;s worked for me. That or upgrade at the hotel, but you can%26#39;t guarantee the hotel won%26#39;t be full at that time, so your taking chances if you had your heart set on a specific Suite.

Bungalow and Celebrity Spa are offered on Vegas.com as 30Jo said. But also as 30Jo stated, if you book direct and the price goes down, you can call and request the cheaper price.

Sorry if I haven%26#39;t been much help.

I will be going for the first time in 7 days and made the ';mistake'; of not booking through the hotel. I have a West Wing room but I really want/need a jacuzzi room. I%26#39;m seriously hoping that I can get an upgrade, whether using the $20 trick or not, to get one. My best bet/chance would be a Celebrity Suite right?

Yes, the Celebrity Suite has a nice jacuzzi in the corner of the bedroom portion of the room. My wife and I like the Hollywood because it has a completely separate bedroom and you can get into the bathroom from the bedroom or through a door on the corner of the living room.

30States - I%26#39;ve never seen a lower rate after I%26#39;ve booked but if I did what do I do? Do I call and change my current reservation that I%26#39;ve already made a deposit on or do I cancel and rebook the suite?
