Old Caesars or New Flamingo?

I%26#39;m planning a trip to Vegas in a couple months and have narrowed my hotel choice down to two options; either a classic room at Caesars in the old towers or a new Go Room at the Flamingo. Both cost the same.

Any suggestions with which one you would go with?

CP for sure, tho the classic rooms are the lower end there. CP as a property blows Flamingo away.

You should go with the Go Room. There is no telling what you will get in a classic room at Caesars. Some have been remodeled but there is not enough information out there to help you increase your chances of getting one.

I would choose the GO room at Flamingo. The low-rent rooms at Caesar%26#39;s are not great. The GO rooms at Flamingo are newly remodeled and have drawn strong reviews from those who have stayed in one.

More generally, if the choice is between one of the nicest rooms in an ordinary quality hotel or one of the poorest rooms in a higher-end property, for the same price, choose the nice room in the ordinary hotel every time. Better to be at the top of a fresh dungheap than at the bottom of a stale one!
