Need advice - 5 women memorial Day weekend

Hello

Five women, aged 21-52, going to Vegas for 21 year old%26#39;s birthday and my head is swimming reading all of the different reviews. Bill%26#39;s looks good but no pool. Any recommendations greatly appreciated. 5 in the party exceeds the max number for many places for 1 room.

Five women need two rooms. If you are going in warm weather and if you are looking for a nice pool try Flamingo or Mirage. Also, if money is an issue, consider going during the week.

If you are going to try to cram 5 women in one room, I would do the Rio since the standard room is 600 sq ft and it has a nice pool. Otherwise, I would find a place where you could get 2 rooms.

Memorial day weekend is one of the busy weekends in Vegas, and that translates to much higher rates.

don%26#39;t know what your budget is, but I am almost positive that 5 women can not survive a long weekend in one room.

Remember that sleeping is only a small part of the problem. The main problem is taking showers and doing your hair and make up every morning...... you know what I mean.

If you are looking for a cheaper place to stay (with a pool) try the off strip casinos.

On the strip, try Flamingo, Bally%26#39;s, Stratosphere, or Sahara

Off the strip, try; Orleans and South Point

Hope that helps

Hi Phillybilly -

5 of us ';girls'; (aged between mid-20%26#39;s - mid-40%26#39;s) were in Vegas last May for a bachelorette weekend and stayed at the Flamingo. That was my 5th visit to LV and I have stayed in nicer strip hotels, but Flamingo suited our needs. We got 2 rooms and requested adjoining rooms, which they were able to provide! You will definitely need 2 rooms with 5 women. Having the adjoining rooms made it much more fun as we were getting ready to hit the town. Since price was an issue for a couple of girls in the group, we chose Flamingo based on that as well as it%26#39;s good mid-strip location and large pool area. Check all of the travel websites for current rates, as well as the hotel%26#39;s website. We were also able to check-in at the airport, which worked out great for us since a couple of our group arrived earlier. The rest of us could go straight to our rooms once arriving at the hotel! Have fun!

The overflow ladies can stay in my room!

Seriously, I think Flamingo and Rio would be good choices to look at.

Just read on another thread that the poster had called to reserve rooms at Bills and was told the Flamingo pool would be available to them. You might take that into consideration . . . confirm when you book?

I%26#39;d go with two rooms . . . you%26#39;ll be far more comfortable . . . and have two bathrooms!

we could get adjoining rooms.. any where you want :)

Thank you everyone who replied. I%26#39;m pretty sure they%26#39;ve settled on Paris for the girls weekend. They had the option of going one week before or the week after Memorial Day but we found a nice rate for Memorial Day weekend at Paris and it%26#39;s got good reviews, a high Tripadvisor rating and is in the right location. Yes, two rooms are a necessity. After doing all of this research I might have to go myself one of these weekends! Thanks again.
