Is there still a monorail in use to the monte carlo through to the bellagio?

as you know there was one that did connect from the Monte Carlo that went to the Bellagio but last time i was there we were unable to use because of the construction for project city centre (in between the two hotels) if i were you i would call the hotel to find out.

it was not running when we were there in october due to the construction of the city center project.
