Commander's Palace coupon....What to do with it??

I still have a coupon from Restaurant.com for Commander%26#39;s Palace and I hear it is closed now. It hasn%26#39;t expired yet, so can I contact Restaurant.com and tell them and would they let me exchange it for another coupon?

Yes, I think you can. I had one for a local restaurant that dropped out of the program and they (restaurant.com) contacted me and told me I could exchange it for something else.

from the FAQ section of their web site:

What do I do if I attempt to use a Dining Certificate and the restaurant is closed or not accepting my Dining Certificate?

This is a rare issue but sometimes restaurants go out of business or change owners without informing Restaurant.com. If you attempt to use a valid Restaurant.com Dining Certificate and the restaurant is closed or not accepting your certificate, please contact our customer service department. You may reach them by email at info@restaurant.com (include your Dining Certificate number) or call 800.979.8985 (M-F 9 AM 鈥?5 PM CST).

Our customer service department will exchange your unused Dining Certificate for a credit to Restaurant.com. This will allow you to choose another restaurant or merchant certificate from Restaurant.com. We appreciate your assistance in keeping our site as up-to-date as possible. You can help other Restaurant.com customer鈥檚 by informing us about your experience.

I had two for Commander%26#39;s and received emails from Restaurant.com to exchange them. So far I have only been able to exchange one. Every time I try to exchange the other, it says ';thank you'; but the credit doesn%26#39;t appear. I%26#39;ve been going back and forth with emails trying to get it straightened out. Basically they turn it into a gift certificate kinda.
