';Love'; at Mirage

We%26#39;ll be Vegas in April and are trying to make a decision about which Cirque show to see - has anyone out there seen Love yet?

';Love'; at Mirage

I really enjoyed LOVE - it%26#39;s not a ';cirquey'; as O or Mystere (there are incredible acrobatic feats) and the music and sound system are great - there really are no bad seats so you don%26#39;t need to get the most expensive ones

We had a great time at Love in November -- in fact we%26#39;re seeing it again early April! The sound is amazing.

I saw LOVE in January. I really enjoyed it - but I must be honest and say that I%26#39;ve been to Cirque shows in the past and found them to drag on... I get bored with the same ole trampoline jumping, trapeze flying, strange character stuff after a while. I think the reason I enjoyed LOVE was due to the Beatles music. As a big Beatles fan, I found that the music kept my interest in the show. It was really well done.

I have seen Love, Mystere, Ka and O. Ka was the only one I didn%26#39;t like. For a typical Cirque show- Mystere (still my favorite) and O are great. Love is not a typical Cirque show- the emphasis is on the music (great) rather than acrobatic feats(although they have those also, just not as many). I truly enjoyed Love. You don%26#39;t have to buy the best tickets. I bought the cheapest ticket available in August($69) and the seat was fine-I could see everything. the theater is very small.

I agree with the other posters - Love was really good! I enjoyed it so much that I%26#39;d consider going back. And the music is fantastic, it%26#39;s become my favorite album on my iPod. I didn%26#39;t grow up in the Beatles era but I still really enjoyed the show!

Do they sell CDs or DVDs of the show at the show?

They sell a CD or a CD/Audio DVD (enhanced for 5.1 Dolby Surround) set at the show. However, the day after I bought mine at the show%26#39;s gift shop, they released the album to the general public - now you can buy it at Wal-Mart!

I have the Love CD and love it.

However, should I still see the show?

I know the Love track listing off by heart.

Are there any surprises?

Is the experience still worth it?

DavidBrent - yes see the show the visuals are excellant

Absolutely see it! The fact that you can sing along the whole time will make you love it even more. Plenty of surprises, great entertainment, a few laughs - very well done!
