Hard Rock Hotel

Hi.. Is Hard Rock Hotel a decent place for a family vacation.. I have a teenage daughter who is 16. We were looking for a hotel with a great pool and waterslide. I%26#39;ve read different reviews that this hotel is a party scene and is more for early 20%26#39;s is that true.. Also I was thinking of Mandalay Bay. What do you guys think?? Any other hotels with great pools?? This is during spring break around sometime early next month! What other things are there to do with teenagers. I%26#39;ve been to Las Vegas couple of times.. Write Back!

if my daughter were 16 there is NO WAY i would take her to the hard rock let alone swim in the pool!

But if you are, at least pick a family oriented hote. mandalay Bay is a better choice

Do you guys have any other ideas where we can go on our spring break vacation??? besides Las Vegas...

Vegas would be a fun place for a family trip with that age, I assume you have been to sea world enough already, , lots do do, great shopping. The Hard Rock would not be a very good choice, the entire crowd is in the 20-35 age group so it is almost like a giant frat party. Mandalay Bay is a good choice, large pools with a lazy river and a wave pool and the casino are is very open and airy, Mirage has a nice pool and is a little more central located.

mandalay bay or mirage for main strip and for downtown area i heard the golden nugget has a great pool with 3 story slide going through a large aquarium with sharks surroundind. also, consider a cruise, our kids loved it !! eighter way, have a great trip!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess what we try to say is:

At Hard rock, you are mixing young guys and alcohol......the result can not be pleasant. Why expose a 16 year old girl to that?

Plus you will end up watching her all the time, and that can%26#39;t be a fun thing to do.

Go to Mandalay Bay, its a better choice
