I have to plan a golf trip to vegas for eight of us for the fall. Can anyone tell me when is the best time to golf price wise. We would like to go sometime between late Sept to mid November. And some course suggestions would help as well. I know that some of the guys can%26#39;t afford courses like Bali Hai, But if I could get some suggetions for some other nice courses of the strip. Any info would be a great help. Thanks

you will be golfing during the high season if you could move your dates to late AUG you will get the MUCH lower summer rates

Actually this is a common topic and has been discussed in length on several occasions. If you type ';golf'; in the search box ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^, there will be several threads. I recommend you follow any and all advice from ';Vegashomeboy.';
Arch, keep in mind many courses overseed in September and October. They close for a week or two. Also, you will need transportation to go anywhere. Cabs are too costly. How much did you have in mind per round? Please, please don%26#39;t say ';as little as possible'; or ';under $100'; as that will not get you any meaningful response. From $125 up your options open up.
Arch,
Try twoguyswhogolf.com. They have great deals on Vegas courses. I use them every time i%26#39;m in Vegas. I agree with ther previous post-er--drop an extra $29/day and get yourself a rental.
The best times price wise is when nobody wants to play in LV like J, J, A, D, J, F. For example go out on any July weekday in the afternoon, and you can walk on just about any coarse for less than $100 when that same coarse on a April weekend morning will run you $300 plus.
Since you have not given any indication of prices here is what I can tell. For eight of you, get two rental cars or a van off airport for the days you plan on playing.
