First of all, do you know if they will accept a fairly heavy box mailed to the casino for a guest?
I guess I could call, but the main reason for this post is I have an idea I would like to run passed all of you – basically to see if I am silly for even thinking of doing this.
The items I would mail are two bowling balls, why? Because we like our balls (hehehe), not that we are professionals or near close to that but we do love to go bowling. We don’t have a bowling alley where I live and usually take our balls with us to Anchorage as carry on luggage but there is no way I would take those as carry on luggage all the way to Vegas.
We will be there for 12 nights (and 2 nights in Anch on the way home and will, more then likely, go bowling there too) we have been to Vegas a few times and we aren’t big gamblers, so why not bowl right?
I’m kind of nervous to hear my responses…please be kind :)
Mailing stuff to the hotel%26hellip;
I did it several times in graduate school when I needed books shipped to me at beginning of semesters. I called the hotel in advance to let them know, but that really wasn%26#39;t even necessary. Most big hotels have package rooms with dozens of envelopes and packages awaiting for their arriving guests.

I like what the first poster said. Just call ahead and tell them you%26#39;re mailing 2 bowling balls to them.
Just don%26#39;t print ';ACME'; across the package and sign it Wyle E Coyote, then they won%26#39;t think it will blow up.....lol
Your best bet would probably be to carry the balls on or check them with your luggage. Shipping them will cost nearly as much as your airline tickets unless you do it by freight - who knows how long that will take? They might arrive after you leave.
I think it%26#39;s a great idea! Maybe pack them in 2 separate boxes to distribute the weight.
