I need to know if there are hair dryers in the rooms at MGM? I am staying in both a grand tower room and a west wing room (3 nights each) but I am hoping to get upgraded to a bungalow suite for all 6 nights.
Anyone stayed recently that can tell me if there are dryers in all rooms and if they are 1875 watt at least? i have long hair and need POWER.
Planning on possibly going with carry-ons only, very brave for a 6 nighter, so not carrying the dryer would be key. Cant seem to find this info on the mgm site.
thanks in advance for your answers!

the air is so dry in vegas that i think you will find that your hair dries more easily than normal there.
Hair dryers at MGM
There are hair dryers in almost every major hotel in Vegas
Call the hotel and ask. I doubt that anybody posting on here would have specific information to hand on hairdryer wattage in individual hotels.
There definately are hair dryers in grand tower rooms, but I don%26#39;t know the wattage.
From MGM site:
Q. What type of amenities are included in your rooms?
A.All of our rooms include the following amenities: Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Coffee makers are not included, however you may arrange for fresh coffee to be delivered to your room at a specified time by calling Room Service the night before. All accommodations offer High-Speed Internet access.
I think they are probably 1500w...
Whatever wattage they are - my hair takes a long time to dry and I had no problems. Neither did any of my friends.
If you require an 1875w hair dryer, you would do best bringing your own. The best I have ever seen in any hotel is the 1600 range.
Thanks to everyone who posted kindly in response! Guys would probably skip right over this post (fine) but us gals know a bad blow dryer for a 7 day stay could really be a downer.
thanks again and happy Friday!
