Dumb post but.......smells in casinos?

I was just thinking about our last trip and rememebred the casino smell from TI and Venetian......some kind of air freshener I guess but it bothered me, I found it too strong. Anyone notice any other casinos with that smell? Told ya it was dumb lol

Flamingo has a smell that takes weeks after I leave to get out of my head.

lowrance *LOL*

we also found the perfume in the venetian far too strong.

the mirage always smells.....fresh,i think it%26#39;s from all those trees in that ';mini rainforest'; area *L*

i also like Mandalay Bay. clean/fresh smelling too.

Yep, most of the big boys on the Strip have some sort of fragrance pumped in. I could be blind-folded and driven all around town, and I would know when I was back at MGM. Rumor has it that the Monte Carlo actually sells their fragrance in the gift shop. Most don%26#39;t bother me-it beats the smell of stale smoke.

I agree and think there are scents in all the hotels. Most are not as memorable to me as The Venetian. I really don%26#39;t like that one.

To me they all smell of whiskey, sweat, cigarettes, and cotton candy. Kind of like a clown%26#39;s butt.

I heard the air in Circus Circus is actually pristine - they just pump the dirty diaper smell in to make people feel at home.

Most downtown casinos smell like lost dreams and despair.

However the strip smells of perfumed despair and lost dreams with a hint of the smell that retirement accounts and college funds make when they disappear in a puff of smoke.

Lowrance!

I am cracking up!

Mad at you, but laughing nonetheless.

NYNY smelled of apple the last time I was there!
