Bellagio restaurants question

If you are sitting at a window inside (not on a patio) at any of the Bellagio restaurants that have the fountains outside, can you hear the music at all (or is the glass soundproof)? IF you can%26#39;t hear the music, do you still enjoy watching the fountains while you eat?

I could faintly hear the music but mostly the thunder of the water from Shintaro. They has the curtains closed so I had to peek through them :)

You can hear ,muted, music sometimes at the restaurants. The fountains are extremely enjoyable even without music
