Poll: $50.00 IP (Imperial Palace)

In honor of the IP post and cost.

1) Would you stay at The IP(or equal resort) for $50.00 a nite?

2) Are you picky about hotels?

3) What is you opinion of IP, reguardless of price?

I would stay there for 50.00 bucks a night... If I have a problem with the room I know what to do. I am picky about my hotel being clean, I have stayed at the Stunning Venetian and the evil Garden rooms at the Tropicana. I consider IP to be an average hotel in Las Vegas, there are many better and many worse.

For $50 the IP is okay -

I want the room clean, but at that price, a carpet stain isn%26#39;t going to ruin my stay.

Regardless of price - no -I would never pay over $100 at peak times to stay at IP

My only real complaint about the IP is the elevators - they seem very slow and always packed (yes even the ones in back)

Lol I see people complain a lot about elevators, I think it was at Fitz. downtown where the elevator just crawls along.

WHen there where there imploding the Stardust they should of just went over to the IP and had a 2 fer.

im staying at the IP 4/9 - 4/12 for an average of $51/night. ive never stayed there, but love the location and any money saved on a room (which i will spend minimal time in) is more money I can use to have fun with. i would love to stay at a nice room in a nicer hotel at some point, but that is not for this trip.

It seems IP is a love hate thing.

I never stayed at the IP but 2 months ago I was on the Deuce and met an elderly couple. The man told me he%26#39;s been staying at the IP for years and he loves it. He raved on and on about it.

Word of mouth is the best advertisement.

I wonder why they don%26#39;t paint the hotel sign up top? Half the paint%26#39;s peeled on the ';Imperial Palace'; sign and it makes the place look like a dive from the outside.

I%26#39;m glad Las Vegas has a variety of hotels to choose from. I%26#39;ve stayed at the IP and felt I received very good value for the money. The hotel is not beautiful, nor is it filled with beautiful people. It is clean (well... clean enough), safe and perfectly located. The spa is as good as any I%26#39;ve tried on the strip, and the massage I received there is the best I%26#39;ve ever had.

If you prefer a hotel that is lovely, smells wonderful, and costs three times as much, you need only cross the street.

For a place to s, s, %26amp; s, its fine. Nothing special but its clean, at least my room was..and the casino is a fun atmosphere. I%26#39;d stay again.
