We are staying at the stratosphere hotel from the 7th April but I have booked three rooms under two seperate bookings and I am trying to contact them to request the rooms are together near an elevator(my mum has walking difficulties). have tried to contact them through email but cannot find a email address to contact them-does anyone know if they have them???
Anyone know the email for the Stratosphere hotel???Just wondering why you wouldn%26#39;t call them? There is a phone # provided on thier website.
Anyone know the email for the Stratosphere hotel???Phone them. I%26#39;ve found that this works better than an email for special requests. They may not be able to assure the rooms will be together near an elevator, but they%26#39;ll try their best to accomodate when you arrive.
I doubt they would even respond to an e-mail if you were able to find the address. The reason they don%26#39;t publish e-mail contacts is so someone cannot come to the reservation desk waving an e-mail that they think ';promises'; them a particular room placement.
My best advice would be to call and ask to have it added to your reservation as a ';request'; which is all they would do- and if such a room is not available when you check in , ask if they will check your luggage and assign you the next one that opens up- they are frequently able to do that if a room you really need is still being cleaned or such. They really don%26#39;t ';preassign'; rooms- they usually ';allocate on arrival'; based on what has opened up when you arrive. If someone checked out of a room like that and really messed it up , it might take longer to get it ready. We have used that approach when a king was not available- checked our luggage , gone to lunch and picked up the key an hour or so later when the room was ready.
thought of phoning them but sometimes they cant understand my scottish accent!!!
